So if you're on my Facebook page you know I made a post last night, close to midnight, about this grounding mat. And let me tell you the results were immediate. I'm not even lying. I'm not being paid, but whenever I find a good product I like to share it. I haven't shared anything in a while because I haven't really come across something worthy of sharing. So anyways, this is a GroundingWell mat. It's just a mat with a little hookup on it. This right here goes into your wall socket on the grounding hole. You know you've got the two slots and then the hole. This goes right in the hole and that connects you straight into Mother Earth. Straight into the earth because every house is grounded. If you don't know how your electricity works, you've got a grounding rod into the dirt that grounds all of your electricity. Unless you have a super old house, but regardless. I put this mat under my sheet last night and let me tell you, for the first time in years I had a pain-free night. I slept like a baby. I did not need melatonin. I did not need anything to help me sleep. I slept all night long and didn't even wake up until this morning, and only then because my husband took the dogs out and they came into bed for some cuddle time. I have neuropathy. I have diabetes, kidney disease, and heart disease, and that led to the neuropathy. I always have pain in my feet and legs every single night without fail. I always have to put lidocaine on my feet before bed or I wake up during the night. Lidocaine, Icy Hot, Vicks VapoRub, something on my feet because they hurt so bad. My calves too. Last night honey, when I tell you I didn't need anything. I didn't need a single thing. And I slept like a baby and I was completely pain-free. It makes me want to cry, y'all. Because pain has been a part of my life for so long. And to be pain-free for one night. Praise God. To God be the glory. I would even go as far to say life-saving if you suffer from chronic pain like I did. I'm going to say I did because I don't think I will anymore. A lot of people use this to stand on during the day. You plug it in and stand on it or sit on it. I just got it yesterday, plugged it in, put it under my fitted sheet, and slept on it. Oh my gosh, it was amazing. I'm a fan for life.
