If you're carrying mental clutter from a hard season, a breakup, a stressful year, an old story you're done with this is the equivalent of hitting the reset button. We use the fire to make it real. Watching something burn changes how you feel about it. What you'll actually do Around the fire We gather at the fire circle as the sun goes down. You'll be given paper and quiet time to write down what you're ready to leave behind fears, beliefs that have stopped feeling true, old habits. One by one, you offer them to the flames. The decision becomes physical. Breath and sound We move into a guided breathing session simple, steady patterns that focus the mind. Followed by sound work with drums and wind instruments. You'll be invited to name what you want to walk forward with, while the sound moves through the space. You'll take home a small sound instrument to use any time you need to reset. Closing - We come back together, settle, and have tea before you head home.
