This role focuses on driving store performance, supporting inventory and distribution processes, and ensuring operational excellence across channels. Key Responsibilities: Retail Performance Support → Support store sales performance and KPI tracking (revenue, GP%, stock turns) → Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions → Monitor sell-through performance and recommend actions Merchandising & Buying Support → Assist in assortment planning and stock allocation by store → Support seasonal buying plans and replenishment → Ensure product availability aligns with sales demand Operations & Inventory Management → Oversee stock movement, transfers, and replenishment across stores → Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink control → Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams B2B / Wholesale Coordination → Support wholesale account operations and order management → Assist in forecasting and tracking wholesale performance → Coordinate with partners on product availability and delivery timelines (↘︎)
