V.M. Samael Aun Weor Chapter 3 - Mystical Death “MYSTICAL DEATH” 1. HOW CAN WE ELIMINATE THAT INNER BEAST, THE LIVING SYMBOL OF ALL OUR IMPERFECTIONS? Through mystical death. 2. WHAT IS MYSTICAL DEATH? Mystical death consists of the radical annihilation of all our defects. 3. WHAT IS NEEDED TO DIE MYSTICALLY? First and foremost, it is necessary to carefully observe, from moment to moment, all our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. In this continuous “observation,” we must discover our defects, which manifest themselves in various forms and circumstances. 4. IS IT EASY TO DISCOVER DEFECTS? Yes, if we realize that most of our reactions stem from the inner beast, commonly called the Ego, it becomes essential to be alert in our daily lives, observing ourselves intimately from moment to moment. 5. DOES A DISCOVERED DEFECT ELIMINATE ITSELF? No. Discovering a defect is only the first step. Then we must subject it to deep analysis, understanding the reasons behind our reactions, how it manifests, and the elements it needed to manifest. 6. IS DEEP ANALYSIS ENOUGH FOR ITS ELIMINATION? No. Then we must put it on trial. We must determine the harm it causes us, the origin of its existence, the disadvantages of harboring it within our psyche, and the energy it steals from us. 7. ONCE TRIAL, IS IT ELIMINATED? No. Once we are fully convinced that such a defect is an obstacle to us and causes harm to our spiritual development, we must beseech our Divine Mother,(Kundalini) our inner Virgin, the Mother of our inner God, to remove the defect in question (See Chapter II). If our supplications truly emanate from our hearts, She will proceed with its removal, and we will be forever free from the defect discovered, understood, and judged. 8. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A DEFECT IS REMOVED FROM OUR PSYCHE? When a defect dies, a virtue is born. Virtues come from our inner God. They give us capacity and strength in every sense. We will have greater awareness of our actions and will be freed from a terrible burden. Guru Rabolu There is another Divine Spark within us that is called the Divine Mother, whose mission is to disintegrate our defects with a lance that she possesses.No matter how diminutive these details may be, while manifesting, one must ask the Inner Divine Mother: “My Mother, remove this defect from me and disintegrate it with your lance.”She will do so because that is Her mission, to help us so that we can liberate ourselves. In this way, the tree or Ego does not grow any more. It begins to lose its nourishment. It goes withering.
