𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 * Master's Degree or PhD in Education Management or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role within higher education institutions. * Proven leadership experience managing large teams across multiple locations. * Membership in relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 * Provide leadership and support in governance and academic administration. * Ensure efficient student and alumni information management. * Oversee ERP systems and promote operational efficiency. * Manage assessment administration and uphold academic integrity. * Lead staff recruitment, performance management, and development. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). * Coordinate technical, library, and quality assurance functions. * Conduct internal audits and support risk management processes. * Foster positive relationships and contribute to the achievement of the University's vision and mission. * Perform any other duties assigned by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor: Education and Quality.
