𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Assistant Manager-Admissions 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: ● Masters Degree in Business Management or related field. ● Minimum of 5 years’ progressive admissions experience. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀: ● Responsible for overseeing all activities within the Admissions Department including but not limited to the following: Student recruitment and enrolment at all campuses starting from enquiry to enrolment; communication with stakeholders; submission of invoices to sponsors and ensuring timely payment. ● Provide guidance to the managers with regard to the budget preparation in the departments and ensuring the budget is submitted timely for approval to the Assistant Dean and strictly adhered to. ● Provide guidance to the teams under her supervision with regards to QMS issues in the department. ● Provide guidance to the team members in the preparation of management reports and timely submission. ● Manage administrative operations including finance, HR, Staff training and development.
