Hi! For those of you who are new here, I am Amanda. I am the human behind Amanda Blaire Wellness. I have taken courses & certifications in: 🪶 Shamanic Practitioner Work 💨 Breathwork 🧘‍♀️ Meditation 🕉 Yoga 🔥 Spiritual Life Coaching 🌈 Chakra Work 🌿 Ayurvedic Medicine 💝 Trauma Support 💫 Human Design & Astrology And so many more! I have been taught by some of the absolute best, including Wade Prpich, Mandy Trapp, Eckhart Tolle, and Gabor Mate. Why so many different things? Because I believe that there is no one size fits all when it comes to my work. While my foundation is heavily influenced by Shamanic Traditions, my goal is to meet each and every client who walks into my office or events exactly where they are at. Maybe something that works for you now, didn't before. And maybe something that doesn’t work now, might later. I take my learning and development very seriously. Without consistent spiritual practice myself, I wouldn't be able to show up very well for you. Whatever you are going through, where ever you are at in life, my goal is to meet you there and help you grow. I am not for clients who: 🚫 Aren't willing to take accountability 🚫 Are stuck in victim mode 🚫 Want a quick fix 🚫 Aren't willing to do whatever it takes 🚫 Want to continue making excuses 🚫 Expect me to do all the heavy lifting On the flip side, who am I the right practitioner for?
