This course is designed for those working in the helping professions who are, or plan to be, supervising others. Supervision is more than a requirement, it’s a vital space to reflect, process complex work, and navigate emotional and ethical challenges. A strong supervisory relationship supports professional growth, encourages good practice, and creates room to explore difficulties openly and constructively. With many professional bodies now moving towards formal supervision training and registers, developing your skills as a supervisor is becoming more important than ever. Who is this for?
