If you know me or you’ve worked with me👇🏻 Then you know I resent 99% of the online health coaching industry And I’m not afraid to say it. I see these exceptional marketers and sales experts, pitching 2 or 3 day resets, 8-weeks and you’re there, the #1 and only way to heal programs. And then I’m like, sorry? You expect someone to heal from years of dysregulation through a cookie cutter toolbox they learned in 2 months or less that they’re now forced to implement every day for the rest of their lives…just to feel human? But then on the flip side, I see women who want so desperately to feel better, who are in a vulnerable position, and I understand why these inexpensive, quick fixes appeal. Remember, I’ve been you. I went close to $200,000 in debt trying to find answers (before the world of online nervous system programs existed), and I was taken advantage of left and right by health professionals who swore THIS was the answer. I met with therapists who didn’t know how to take their heads out of their psychology textbooks and certifications and actually tailor a unique approach to me. Here’s why my work is different: I don’t expect you to resonate with everything in the program, and I don’t expect you to have the same process as everyone else. In fact, I haven’t had a woman yet go through my coaching program who has done it the same as another (I’m talking hundreds of individualized plans and approaches). If that sounds like a lot of work, it is, on my end, and at times, on yours. But the only thing I ask of my clients is communication - what’s working, what isn’t? Then it’s on me and my team to adapt the model. If you’ve been trying to heal for a while, chances are you’ve been scammed or let down.
