In January 2026, three talents from our community transitioned into remote roles through our Skilled Talent Pool Initiative. Aliyah, Mavis, and Wisdom enrolled in our Workplace Fundamental Skills (WFS) programme under Skilled for Work Academy, where they built structured workplace competence through our 3-year tested framework. Upon completion of the programme, they progressed into the Skilled Talent Pool, where they were matched with real opportunities and successfully secured remote roles in Community Management and Content Creation with an IT company.
