I’m incredibly honored to be named to the 2026 Forbes 50 Over 50: Impact list. I started this work because women deserved better. Better information. Better conversations. Better care. And a much better understanding of what is happening to their bodies in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. What this has grown into, a community of more than 8 million, nearly 1.5 million books sold, The ’Pause Life, unPAUSED, and so much more...is beyond anything I could have imagined. But the part that means the most? We are changing the conversation about women’s health. And there is still so much work to do.
