Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure smooth workflow across departments. 2. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, prepare project briefs, and maintain long-term professional relationships. 3. Supervise and coordinate the creative team, including graphic designers, content writers, video editors, photographers, and digital marketers. 4. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. 5. Review social media content calendars, campaign strategies, and creative deliverables before submission to clients. 6. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. 7. Ensure all client projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards. 8. Prepare quotations, proposals, project timelines, and presentations for prospective and existing clients. 9. Attend client meetings, conduct presentations and support business development initiatives. 10. Assist management in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities. 11. Maintain project documentation, workflow reports, and operational records. 12. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to recommend innovative marketing strategies. Required Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline. MBA will be considered an advantage. 2. Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. 3. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Asst. Digital Marketing Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency, with expertise in team leadership, project management, client coordination, and successful campaign delivery. 4. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. 5. Experience in preparing project proposals, marketing strategies, and client presentations. 6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. 8. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Required Skills: 1. Leadership & Team Management 2.
