I got the Noise REP band after my Delhi Hyrox not knowing that it’d be useful in ways I never would’ve expected. Monsoon season got the best of me and I was out for weeks not knowing when I’ll be able to train again or even if I’d make it to Mumbai. Getting back into training was tricky but I really used my REP band to gauge where my body was at. The Recovery and Sleep features are my person favorites for analyzing how my body has been affected by the day before and how ready I am for the day ahead. I have loved using this fitness tracker and it truly does have a part to play in this podium win 🤍
