I'm thinking of switching from weight-loss coaching to helping adults 65+ stay independent. This is one of the hundreds of men I've helped lose weight over the past six years. But recently, learning how much assisted living can cost made me rethink my entire coaching business. Because as great as losing belly fat is, I think there's something even more important. Being strong enough to get out of a chair, walk up the stairs, and do everyday things without needing help.
