Marketing Campaigns & Communication → Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, offline, and PR channels. → Manage content strategy, campaign performance, budgeting, and ROI optimization. Digital Marketing & Social Media → Oversee social media, online advertising, website, and digital marketing performance. → Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and optimize ads. Customer Engagement & CRM → Strengthen customer engagement, loyalty, and brand experience through customer insights and data analysis.
