Ad text
HU HAH! The cold is your warm friend. Don’t forget it! We step into the icy lake together. We rise, hold horse stance, move our hands, breathe, and let the warmth flow from within. Drums and chanting echo around us. Laughter fills the air. Humans daring the impossible as one. "Despite our busy and often stressful lives, you meet such remarkable individuals—people with whom you can simply be present, practice together, communicate openly, hug one another, and experience genuine positive emotions: love, unity, friendship, and connection." Winter Expedition, Sweden, December 6-11. Are you in?
