Back to You is a 90-minute journey to slow down, soften, and come back into the body 🌿 This space is an invitation to release what’s been held — emotions, tension, stories — and to meet what’s moving underneath. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and intuitive movement, we allow the body to lead, the breath to open space, and whatever needs to be felt to gently unfold🤍 There’s nothing to fix or achieve here. Just room to feel, to breathe, and to reconnect with yourself in an honest and grounded way. As the body settles, intuition and inner wisdom naturally arise🌿 This offering is for anyone craving a deeper connection to themselves, needing an emotional release, or simply wanting a place where they can drop the armor and be with what’s real. Whether this is new for you or part of your ongoing journey, Back to You is a held, nurturing space to come home to yourself. ✨About Juliet✨ Juliet is a mul-passionate, integrative practitioner with nine years of lived experience in Yoga. Her approach is held within an embodied philosophy. As a trauma informed hypno-somatic therapist and breathwork facilitator, she creates intentional spaces and practices for people to come back to themselves and experience themselves through new layers. ✨What to Bring (Suggested)✨ Eye mask recommended, a sarong to cover yourself, and something to write in (e.g., a personal journal). 📌 Important Information 📌 In case of heart disease, severe mental health conditions, or pregnancy, please contact Juliet ahead of time at [email protected].
