We love supporting the entrepreneurial spirit of the next generation! Students in Black Lake showcased their handmade products during the Power Play Young Entrepreneurs program, and it was nearly a sell-out event. Held during career week last school year, this pop-up marketplace allowed young entrepreneurs to fine-tune their crafts, practice financial literacy, and learn how to engage with customers. We’re incredibly proud of all the hard work these students put into their businesses, and we congratulate them on their success! We look forward to supporting more opportunities that empower youth and strengthen communities in the Athabasca region.
