Job Title: Scrum Master Experience: 5+ or 4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary :- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ or 4 Years of hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities :- 1. Agile & Scrum Facilitation 2. Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Agile teams 3. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives 4. Ensure Scrum framework is followed and continuously improved 5. Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders 6. Team Enablement & Coaching 7. Coach team members on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization, and accountability 8. Help teams improve velocity, predictability, and delivery quality 9. Identify and remove impediments that block team progress 10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation 11. Stakeholder Collaboration 12. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized product backlogs 13. Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders 14. Assist in release planning and roadmap execution 15. Metrics & Reporting 16. Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team capacity 17. Use data-driven insights to improve team performance 18. Ensure transparency through dashboards and regular status updates 19. Process Improvement 20. Identify process gaps and implement Agile best practices 21. Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization 22. Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members Required Skills & Qualifications :- 1. Experience & Knowledge 2. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects 3. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles 4. Experience working with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, UX) 5. Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar 6. Technical & Domain Exposure 7. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) 8. Exposure to web, mobile, ERP, or enterprise applications 9. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus Soft Skills :- 1. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills 2. Strong leadership and servant-leader mindset 3. Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders 4. Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach Certifications (Preferred) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification SAFe or Agile Coaching certification is an added advantage Nice to Have :- Experience in Scaled Agile environments Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives Experience working with distributed or remote teams
