Business Analyst Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with approximately 2 to 5 years of professional experiences in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions that drive measurable value. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management 2. Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements using appropriate techniques such as workshops, interviews, and document analysis. 3. Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 4. Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 6. Work closely with business users, product owners, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. 7. Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews, and UAT sessions with stakeholders. 8. Act as a trusted advisor by recommending process improvements and solution options based on business needs. 9. Process Analysis & Improvement 10. Analyze current-state business processes and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks. 11. Design and document future-state processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. 12. Support change management initiatives by assessing business impact and defining transition requirements. 13. Solution Validation & Delivery Support 14. Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities. 15. Assist in test case preparation and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations. 16. Validate delivered solutions against agreed requirements and business objectives. 17. Data & Reporting Support (where applicable) 18. Collaborate with data, analytics, or reporting teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboards. 19. Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions and validate outcomes. Required Skills & Experience 1. 2 to 5 years of experiences as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects. 2. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management. 3. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments. 4. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, wireframes). 5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience in domain-specific areas such as banking, finance, retail, healthcare, or technology (as applicable). 3. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms. 4. Business analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM) are an advantage.
