#hiring - SITE ENGINEER One of our clients in Qatar is hiring Site Engineer for ELV / AV installation and site supervision. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 The 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 will be responsible for on-site supervision, execution, and quality assurance of ELV and AV installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Supervise and execute installation of: - CCTV, Access Control, AV systems, LED screens, structured cabling, and networking - Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and safety standards - Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers on-site - Monitor daily progress and report to Project Manager - Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality checks - Track materials, deliveries, and consumption - Ensure proper cable management, labeling, and documentation - Identify and resolve technical/site issues proactively - Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Hands-on expertise in: - Cable installation (CAT6, fiber, coaxial, audio cables) - Termination and testing (Fluke testing, OTDR, continuity testing) - Rack installation, dressing, labeling, and patching - AV system installation knowledge: Displays, LED walls, projectors, mounts, brackets Audio systems (speakers, amplifiers, DSP tuning basics), Microphones (wired/wireless systems) - Understanding of AV signal flow and troubleshooting Control system connections and device integration - Ability to perform Testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV/AV systems - Familiarity with Video conferencing systems (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams Rooms) - Digital signage systems and media players 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 - Knowledge of site safety practices and permit systems - Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, schematics - Experience with large-format LED structural installations - Basic understanding of network configuration and IP addressing 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - Minimum 3–5 years in ELV/AV installation and site supervision 𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +974 5126 1531 #awsphrs #engineering #construction #electronics #work #jobs #hiringnow
