"A few months ago, my A1c crossed into diabetic range. I asked my doctor for a chance to bring it down with lifestyle alone before starting medication. Today my second blood draw came back: I'm below the diabetic range again. I'm also down 49 pounds since December, and I've reversed my fatty liver diagnosis." - Kirsten, Homemade Method Member Someone recently asked me when I'd be done with my diet. My answer? I plan to follow this lifestyle for the rest of my days. Since December, thanks to Homemade Method: 💖 Down 49 pounds, closing in on 50 💖 Moved from obese to overweight on the BMI scale 💖 Reversed my fatty liver diagnosis 💖 A1c back below the diabetic range, no medication added 💖 Cholesterol back in normal range too I'm still working toward putting my diabetes into full remission and easing my way to a normal weight range where I plan to stay for good. But even if I hadn't seen a single one of these results, I've told my loved ones I wouldn't change a thing. This lifestyle is simply healthy, enjoyable, and sustainable. This is not a diet. It's life changing, life giving, and honestly, delicious. If you're ready for real results without a finish line, without ever being "done"… There's a free 3-minute quiz that shows you exactly how to get started. 💬 Comment QUIZ below and it'll land straight in your DMs. Ladies, we've got this. 💕 warmly, Kirsten, Homemade Method Member
