A 90mins somatic flow where movement becomes a doorway into presence 💫 Through breath, sensation, and intuitive exploration, we soften out of doing and into listening—remembering what has been forgotten. A return to the body, where we allow it to guide, reveal, and express. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, to feel more deeply, and to meet yourself exactly as you are. Moving beyond fixed forms, this practice opens into direct experience—sensing, feeling, and meeting life as it moves through you. In this offering you will regulate your nervous system while deepening your connection to your body, cultivating presence and emotional clarity, to access a greater sense of ease, grounding, and inner safety. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement👚🩳 About Juliet🧘‍♀️✨ Juliet is a multi-passionate, integrative practitioner with nine years of lived experience in Yoga. Her approach is held within an embodied philosophy.
