THIS PHOTO GIVES ME HOPE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION If you spend much time on social media or watching the news, it’s easy to think that all young people are getting into trouble, making foolish decisions, and drifting further away from God. Then I witnessed this. A group of young people stopped by Lighthouse Mission after school. Earlier that day, someone had donated leftover pizza. When the teens found it, they were excited. But before eating, they joined hands and thanked the Lord for the blessing of the food. I quietly snapped this photo without them knowing because it was such a beautiful reminder that God is still at work in the hearts of young people. The Bible says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6 Please pray for our youth ministry as we work to raise up young men and women who will love Jesus, serve others, work hard, build strong families, and faithfully walk with the Lord. This photo gives me hope for the next generation. Please consider donating to help send a young person to Summer Bible camp. 💖 TO DONATE: www.LighthouseGIVE.com 🙏 NEED PRAYER? www.LighthousePRAYER.com 🥫 NEED FOOD? www.LighthouseHELP.com 🙋 VOLUNTEER: www.LighthouseSERVE.com 🏕 SEND A KID TO CAMP: www.LighthouseBibleCamp.com 🌐 LEARN MORE: www.LighthouseMission.com 📋 COMMUNITY SERVICE: www.LighthouseCommunityService.com #LighthouseMission #LongIsland #ServingLongIsland #SuffolkCounty #SuffolkCountyNY #Brookhaven #Bellport #BellportNY #BellportVillage #Patchogue #PatchogueNY #PatchogueVillage #Riverhead #RiverheadNY #Centereach #CentereachNY #MiddleIsland #MiddleIslandNY #RockyPoint #RockyPointNY #Mastic #MasticNY #Shirley #ShirleyNY #LakeRonkonkoma #LakeRonkonkomaNY #PortJeffersonStation #EastHampton #LongIslandNY #YouthMinistry #NextGeneration #JesusChrist #Faith #Prayer #ChristianMinistry #HopeBeyondTheFood #Matthew2540 #Proverbs226 #News12 #Newsday #LongIslandLife #LoveLongIsland #FeedTheHungry #HelpingOthers #GodIsGood #Revival #YouthForChrist #CommunityOutreach #LocalMissions #LongIslandNonprofit #VolunteerLongIsland #ShareJesus #BibleBelieving #GospelHope
