✨ Welcome to The Healing Den ✨ Hi, I’m Kristy, I’m a Trauma Healing Coach and Natural Animal Healer I’ve created The Healing Den as a safe, calming space for both people and animals who need support, healing, and a place to just breathe. After years of working with animals and going through my own healing journey, I felt called to create something deeper — a space where healing happens from the inside out. ⸻ 🌿 What I offer: • Trauma healing support • One-on-one sessions (talk, relax, reset) • Sound healing with tuning forks • Infrared & red light therapy • Bach flower remedies for emotional support • Natural animal healing for cats & dogs ⸻ 💫 Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or your animal is needing support — you don’t have to do it alone. This is a space with no judgement, just understanding, guidance, and gentle healing. ⸻ 📍 Now open in Rolleston 💌 Message me to learn more or book a session
