This is my fourth Career Shift. You read that right, FOURTH. I went from a Communication Degree with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism…to banking…to Nursing….to Life Coaching. With each major change it required me to learn how to create Confidence, while also carrying a level of uncertainty in doing something NEW…in changing IDENTITIES. I tried to figure out the HOW each time, and got stuck in a lot of confusion. But, what I started to realize with each big Shift, was that I needed to address WHO I was becoming before the HOW. My purpose, my vision, why I desired it, was what helped me step into the next career Shift. I paid attention to all my fears, doubts, my worst case scenarios. I didn’t try and action my way out of them. I left each Identity at the top of my game. I became a leader in all of those careers, and was the person who embraced the pressure of the jobs and performed at a high level of execution without overwhelm. I loved the CHALLENGES of becoming someone new. All because I learned to embrace uncertainty and change. I’m going to teach you how to create confidence in Uncertainty during Shifts in your life. To help you become the person who LOVES the challenge. Comment “Shift” and I’ll send you the link to rewatch the Preview Calls and get all the info on The Shift. Or click the link in my bio now. Enrollment is open. The Founders Bonus ends March 27th. This is the only time you’ll go through this process LIVE with me. After that… it’s gone. This is your next level. Let’s go get it. . . . #mindset #lifecoaching #nurse #lifecoach #shift
