Most Yoga Teacher Trainings teach you how to guide movement. This training teaches you how to guide transformation. Our mission with this immersion is to ensure you leave FULLY equipped — not only with a deep understanding of yoga, philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and teaching methodology, but with an advanced understanding of one of yoga’s most powerful limbs: Pranayama. This is why our students will graduate with TWO certifications: • 200HR Yoga Teacher Training • Breathwork Facilitator Certification through ReConnect™️ The breath is not separate from the practice. It IS the practice. Through this training, you will learn the science of stress, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, respiratory physiology, and the power of breath as a tool for healing, performance, leadership, and transformation. You will be guided by teachers who have devoted their lives to this work — not only inside the classroom, but through years of practice, study, teaching, travel, and real-world application throughout the world.
