🏊 Swim Instructor — Pacific Blue Swim Lessons 📍 Penryn, CA (In Person) 💰 Pay: $25–$35/hour This is a part-time, paid position with great flexibility. ✅ Benefits • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Paid training and on-the-job training • Professional development assistance • Opportunities for advancement 🧠 What We're Looking For • Passion for swimming, water safety, and working with learners of all ages • Experience in lifeguarding, coaching, childcare, or teaching is a big plus • Comfort working with children and managing behavior effectively • Experience with neurodivergent or adaptive education is highly valued • Familiarity with various swim strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) preferred • CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required — all training and certifications can be provided 💼 What You'll Do • Lead fun, safe swim lessons for beginners through advanced swimmers • Teach survival swimming techniques, proper stroke development, and water safety • Assess student progress and provide supportive feedback • Create a positive, encouraging environment for children and adults • Maintain pool area cleanliness and safety standards • Collaborate with the team on group activities, swim teams, and special events 🌊 Why Join Us?
