This is a front desk and sales position at a high-end men's salon where every interaction should feel personal, warm, and premium. You'll manage check-ins, phone calls, chat, bookings, upsells, and help keep the salon running smoothly — including hands-on tasks like laundry, tidying, and keeping stylists on schedule. This is not a desk-only role.
