Hi Yorkshire Water here! 💧We wanted to give our customers in Wheatley Hills a heads up about some work we're carrying out in the area. This weekend, as part of our project to replace the clean water pipes in the area, we need to close Thorne Road/A18 between Sandall Park Roundabout and Shaw Lane Roundabout. The road will be closed between 7pm on Friday 13 February and 6am on Monday 16 February. Fully signed diversions will be in place and access to the carpark and Honda garage within the closure will be maintained from Shaw Lane. All businesses will be open as normal during the work. Please plan ahead if you're travelling in the area and thank you for bearing with us.
