Tbh I really can’t even begin to explain what’s happening in my real estate business right now. 6 years ago I CLEARLY remember thinking, who is going to hire me, will I ever be able to get business? There were already a few agents in my area that everyone knew. I was honestly scared to even tell people I was in real estate school because I didn’t know if I could make it. Today as I was driving home, I was just smiling so big here and literally said out loud, like how is this happening? It’s honestly one of those things where the only explanation is God. Right now I have almost 50 listings in my pipeline, 15 buyers I’m actively working with, 19 families under contract and another 25 listed…and I just keep thinking this could only be God. A small town girl with a strong work ethic, a passion for my career, and every day, I just have such a desire to get up and accomplish things and serve people. But truly there is something really powerful happening inside our business and I fully believe that power comes from being willing to be different, stepping fully into who you are, standing confidently in your values and your vision, and using the gifts God gave you while also putting in the work every single day. Because it’s not just wishful thinking, every day I go to work knowing I have the opportunity to serve someone and help change someone’s life by helping them reach their goals. One thing God has really taught me is that what He has for you will not pass you by. It doesn’t matter how saturated a market is or if there’s already someone considered the “top” agent in the area. If God wants it for you, it’s yours. I’m honestly just in awe of His provision right now, seeing our agents thriving, having an amazing office staff, our beautiful office, and Monday we have another fabulous lady starting a new position with us. Feeling really grateful for everything that’s happening and everything that’s still to come. God is so good.
