A quick story for my fellow Realtors. Back in January I lost out on a $2.1 Million listing. They went with a really popular agent who tbh made some unrealistic promises to the seller. Well, that seller called me back a few weeks ago, and admitted to me that they made a mistake. Their house had been on the market for over 2 months. NOT A SINGLE SHOWING! So they decided to hire me. I used the "Platform" marketing strategy and had the home under contract in less than a week. But that's not the end of this story...
