Company Overview Aussie Pathways is a fast-growing immigration and study abroad consultancy focused on building a high-performance marketing engine that delivers consistent, high-quality leads to the sales team. ⚠️ Important: Role Clarity You will be responsible for: ✔ Generating high-quality leads ✔ Managing end-to-end marketing operations ✔ Leading a performance-driven marketing team Role Overview This is a leadership + execution role requiring: ✔ Strategy ✔ Hands-on ads expertise ✔ Team management You will own both online and offline marketing efforts, ensuring everything is aligned towards ROI-driven growth. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Marketing Strategy & Execution • Define and execute overall marketing strategy • Decide content direction for: – Organic social media – Paid ads – Campaigns • Ensure all activities drive affordable, high-quality leads 🔹 Paid Advertising (CORE RESPONSIBILITY) • Manage and scale campaigns on: – Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) • Optimize for: ✔ Lower CPL ✔ Better lead quality ✔ Higher conversion rates • Build testing frameworks and scaling strategies 🔹 Creative & Content Direction • Decide what creatives will run • Guide content creators and influencers • Align creatives with: – Audience psychology – Platform trends – Campaign objectives 🔹 Team Management & Leadership • Manage daily operations of marketing team • Hire, train and mentor team members • Build a performance-driven culture • Work closely with sales team for feedback loop 🔹 Offline Marketing & Brand • Plan and execute: – Seminars – Workshops – Promotional events • Manage overall brand presence 🔹 Optimization & Growth • Analyse competitors, trends and funnels • Test new channels for scalable growth • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data Core Requirements ✔ 4–5 years of experience in marketing with leadership exposure ✔ Proven experience managing: – Meta Ads – Google Ads – End-to-end marketing for SMEs ✔ Strong understanding of: – Lead generation systems – Content performance – Sales-marketing alignment ✔ Strong analytical and decision-making ability Good to Have • Experience in study abroad / immigration industry • Experience handling: – Ad account issues – Meta / Google escalations – Influencer collaborations 💰 Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month 📍 Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)
