I come from CrossFit. And this HYROX journey has been a new way to test myself. 1h12. It wasn’t luck. It was preparation. This is my first real experience in HYROX INDIVIDUAL MEN PRO, and the best part has been seeing how, little by little, my times have improved, my strategy has become sharper, and my body has started to understand more and more what this discipline really demands. Because it is one thing to have engine, strength and determination… and another thing to know how to put all of that together the right way on race day. Behind this result, there is much more than just one competition. There is discipline. There is consistency. There is learning. And there is a real process. I come from CrossFit, yes. But today I also enjoy the challenge of growing in HYROX, learning more, and continuing to evolve both as an athlete and as a coach. And that is exactly what I want to pass on to the people I work with: train with intention, improve with structure, and arrive on race day truly ready to perform.
