✨ ALLAN QUALIFIED ✨ Adaptive CrossFit Games 2026. From moving with limitations to qualifying for the Adaptive CrossFit Games. Four years ago, this journey started with a goal that had nothing to do with competition. The goal was deeper: to help Allan @caslan_32 move better, build strength, develop muscle, and regain confidence in his body. Allan was born premature at 6 months. For a big part of his life, walking and running were not simple things. There were challenges, limitations, adaptations, and many moments where the road could have stopped. But Allan never allowed that to define who he was. At the beginning, we talked about movement. Strength. Stability. Confidence. And small steps forward. Over time, Allan started to change. He learned to run better. He gained muscle. He became stronger. More stable. More confident. More athletic. Then we decided to take the next step: entering the world of Adaptive CrossFit, in the Neuromuscular Major division. The process was not perfect. We had to learn, research, analyze, make mistakes, correct the category, and understand the right path for him. Then came WODcelona, one of the biggest inclusive competitions in Europe. Allan competed in Barcelona and finished 2nd in his adaptive category. That day, we understood that this was no longer only a story of overcoming obstacles. It had become a real athletic project. And today, we can say it with huge pride: Allan is qualified for the Adaptive CrossFit Games 2026. @wheelwod @crossfitgames @crossfitbenelux @cfecuador San Jose, California. As his coach and handler, this is one of the most meaningful moments of my career. Coaching an adaptive athlete is not just about writing a program. It is about understanding a story, respecting a body, adapting every detail, building trust, and helping a person reach their real potential. Allan, I am proud of you. Proud of your discipline.
