My dream Pilates studio is slowly coming to life 🙌🏽🤎 As a mat Pilates instructor, stepping onto the reformer has been a whole new learning experience for me. I wanted something that would allow me to build confidence in my practice while still giving me the freedom to move on my own terms. The @nordictrack Ultra 1 Reformer has brought the private studio experience right into my home. From guided sessions with certified instructors and personalized resistance adjustments to seamless transitions between movements, every detail allows me to focus less on the equipment and more on connecting with my body. Being able to choose my instructor, play my own music, and move at my own pace has made this next chapter of my practice feel that much more personal. Not to mention how convenient it is to take a class from the comfort of my own home…I just gave myself 2 hours back into my busy schedule. I’m allowing myself to be a beginner again and I’m excited to expand my practice on the reformer 🥹✨ *iFIT membership sold separately #ad #sponsored #reformerpilates #pilatesathome
