Milk thistle with consistent use should reduce liver enzymes and multiple clinical studies show this, so if you have been taking it for months and your ALT and AST barely moved, something is wrong with what you are taking and not with you. Generic ones from pharmacy or Amazon are not the same compound used in those studies, they do not restore the signal telling your liver to clear fat and does not cut the inflammation driving the bloating, the tiredness and the ache under your ribs. There is a brand called Ritual Labs that changed this. Happy Liver uses pharmaceutical grade silymarin at 90% purity under European manufacturing standards, independently verified by a third party lab, which is the exact grade used in the clinical trials that show real results, plus the two compounds that generic milk thistle never touches, both at clinical dose. 💪 Week 1: Something shifts that you stopped expecting 🔥 Week 2: Bloating that was always there starts easing 👀 Week 3: Energy starts coming back 🏆 Week 4: ALT and AST moving in a way your previous brand never managed 60 day guarantee. If nothing shifts you pay nothing. Link below. 👇
