We are looking for senior SEO specialists to join our team on March 01, 2026 (Office-Based Position). Responsibilities: -Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization. -Implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance and user experience. -Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building and content promotion. -Monitor and analyze website analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. -Collaborate with other team members, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals. -Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and AI-driven SEO techniques (GEO). -Content writing when needed. Qualifications: -Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. -In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, practices, and trends. -Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience in AI-driven SEO techniques (GEO) -Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. -Up-to-date with the latest industry developments. -Minimum of 2 years of experience. -Proficiency in English communication is a must [speaking, reading, writing] Education: No special requirements; we prefer skill over education. Salary & Benefits: -Salary up to 50k BDT based on experience. -Two-yearly bonuses -Special bonuses on successful project completion. -Tea/Coffee Facilities -Excellent Working Environment -Yearly Salary increment based on performance. -14 days of emergency or sick leave per year. Working Days: Weekly: 6 days.
