Qualifications: -2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing. -Strong expertise in lead generation and marketing funnel optimization. -Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.). -Experience managing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar). -Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. -Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) is a strong plus. -Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. -Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. -Ability to work independently and take ownership of results. Education: No special degree is required, but a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be prioritized.
