We are looking to fill two UI/UX Designer roles from May/June 2026 for a full-time, office-based role. Nexiby LLC is a USA-based software and digital solutions company offering custom software development, WordPress & Shopify website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services. We help global businesses grow through user-centered product design, modern web technologies, and conversion-focused digital solutions. Role Overview: We are seeking creative, detail-oriented, and user-first UI/UX Designers who can transform ideas into clean, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences. You will work on websites, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, eCommerce stores, landing pages, and brand experiences for both local and international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits - Create wireframes, user flows, IA, and prototypes using Figma - Design modern UI layouts for websites, mobile apps, and SaaS products - Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation - Prepare UI kits, component libraries, and design systems - Apply UX best practices, including usability, accessibility, and CRO - Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on insights - Work with marketing and content teams to design landing pages - Present design concepts to internal teams and clients Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of proven UI/UX design experience - Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Prototyping, and Components - Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and user psychology - Strong portfolio showcasing mobile, web, and SaaS design projects - Knowledge of responsive design, grid systems, and layout hierarchy - Understanding of CRO is a plus - Familiarity with WordPress/Shopify design handoff is an advantage - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly Education: No specific degree required. We value talent, creativity, and real-world results over formal education.
