my dream home gym is FINALLY complete!! so we’re playing SMASH OR PASS: home gym edition. what was actually worth the $$, what isn’t, & what I actually use. spoiler: my final gym addition is a reformer! I went with the @nordictrackpilates ultra 1 reformer 🤝🏼 now, obviously I did the math. reformer classes easily run $40/class, so going 2x/week = $4,000+ a year. the girl math is actually just math this time. 😂 I’ve been wanting to add more reformer alongside my strength training, and having 200+ iFIT reformer workouts built in + my commute only being 15 steps = no brainer. plus, she’s STUNNING.
