"We know ourselves to be made from this earth. We know this earth is made from our bodies. For we see ourselves and we are nature." — Susan Griffin Join us this May for Bodhi Khaya’s Wildly Rooted Women’s Retreat, a 3-night immersion designed to guide you back into your body and your own wild nature. Held within the pristine sanctuary of Bodhi Khaya, this experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the rhythms of the earth, and the innate wisdom within you. Facilitated by Annette Müller - Medicine Woman, Mentor and Founder of Wild Nettle - and Olivia Moon, Holistic Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher - alongside Bodhi Khaya’s resident practitioner of plant and nature medicine, Jodhi - this retreat weaves together embodiment, nature connection, and ancient wisdom traditions. For many women, the pace and structure of modern life pull us out of the body and into the mind. Yet it is within the body that our deeper knowing lives. From a regulated nervous system, we are able to hear the subtle voice of our intuition, and reconnect with a more authentic way of being. We are nature, and yet it is easy to forget. Conditioning teaches us we are separate, but the path of remembering lies in returning - to breath, to movement, to the living earth beneath our feet. Through embodiment practices, conscious breathwork, plant allies, and intentional time in nature, you will be gently guided back into connection, with yourself, with the natural world, and with a circle of like-hearted women. This is for the woman who hears the call of something deeper. Who is ready to soften, to listen, and to remember the wild, wise nature within her. Over these 4 days and 3 nights, we will explore nature-based practices inspired by ancient Celtic and South American traditions, as well as Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) and nature therapy. Together, we will reconnect with body, breath, and being through movement, stillness, reflection, and shared experience. This is a space to remember, to restore, and to come home to yourself. As the founder of Wild Nettle, she is on a mission to return simple, ancestral remedies that inspire sovereignty over our health and reverence for our Earth. Through her work as a doula, facilitator, and storyteller, alongside her role as a lecturer in modern matriarchal studies with the International Academy Hagia, Annette invites a return to values that foster a more compassionate, connected, and harmonious world. Her initiation program, Radical Woman, leads a reclamation of historically shamed feminine archetypes, revealing them not as wounds to hide, but as portals to power, embodiment, and renewed female sovereignty. At the heart of her work is a quiet yet unwavering call: to remember what it means to be human - in body, in relationship, and in connection with the Earth. Olivia Moon Olivia is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Somatic Practitioner, Conscious Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher. Olivia guides women to reconnect with their authentic self, starting with coming back back home to their bodies through regulation of the nervous system. Within her workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions, she creates safe and supportive spaces for individuals to reconnect with their essence and access a deeper sense of alignment. Olivia is passionate about making the profound power of breathwork simple and accessible, helping people transform the way they feel, heal, and show up in their lives. She sees the breath as the bridge between the physical and spiritual. And when we cross this bridge, we are able to access our true essence, waiting to be expressed. As a long-time retreat facilitator at Bodhi Khaya, she has a deep relationship with the land, and loves to bring people into the wild nature to experience the profound healing it holds. Jodhi Jodhi is one of Bodhi Khaya's residents and has a keen passion for working with plants and nature. She has been a practitioner in plant and natural medicine for 11 years and has worked closely and extensively with the indigenous people of the Amazon since 2018. This work has developed an understanding and relationship with the multi-dimentional nature of this reality. Jodhi had adopted a life-style in close communion with nature, allowing nature to inform her in all aspects of life. She has developed a keen sensitivity to the language of the elements and nature around her; imbibing the intrinsic nature of mankind's need to walk sensitively and considerately with our environment.
