Joining up is the biggest step 👏 The rest will follow, this lady didn’t believe in herself when she first signed up now she can’t believe she is still here looking and feeling so good ! She is in the best routine Loving her workouts ✔️ Getting out for her steps ✔️ Sleeping so much better ✔️ Energy levels are high ✔️ When she first signed up she was waking up around 3 times a night 🙈 Her diet was poor 🥴 No real movement 🤷‍♀️ It was really having an impact on her, she wanted to make some changes and she done just that To drop 16kg takes work and she has put the work in that’s why she is here now She was struggling last week so I asked her to send me a food diary every evening for me to check and honestly reading it every evening I was so proud of her She has come so far 👏 Looking at how she is adding in Brazil nuts to help with her thyroid health and focusing on her fibre daily cause she can feel the benefits real food has on her body. It’s incredible 👏 I couldn’t see her going back on herself now. I know these habits are here to stay ❤️ Focusing on movement, good food and keeping a solid bedtime routine in place = No more waking up at night ! If you are struggling with your habits and feel out of routine maybe a little support and accountability will do you the world of good We all need help sometimes so hit the link in my bio and let’s see what your transformation pictures could look like ❤️ #fatlosstransformation #weightlossinspo #weightlossforwomen #betterhabits #healthyhabitsforlife
