It’s pretty simple 🫣 To get toned in your 40’s you need to pick the weights up Ladies 🤷‍♀️ They aren’t scary if you learn how to use them resistance training is really enjoyable once you get the hang of it! You are not going to get “ that toned look” you want by doing endless amounts of cardio in the gym We have all been there when we step into the gym and feel intimidated by everyone looking like they know exactly what they are doing But remember those people that look like they know what they are doing had to start at the beginning as well 🤷‍♀️ Yes the gym can be scary but having a plan to follow will help you massively and that’s how your confidence will grow Start with a dumbbells workout plan before looking at the machines 👏 then after a few weeks add some machines into the mix before you know it you will be a pro 💪 If you still think that’s a little intimidating then start with some home workouts and build your confidence at home I can give you a home plan or a gym whatever you are comfortable with if you sign up with me But just remember keep it simple Start weight training 💪 Learn to love your steps 👏 Eat good food ✌️ You can get into the best shape of your life in your 40’s In our 40’s we are more focused our priorities have changed well I know mine have.
