Deborah went to Costco yesterday because her pants were falling down. Again… She bought a size 12. She wasn't even a size 12 in high school! 😍 5 years ago she was 255 lbs in plus size 20 jeans. Her A1C was at 11. She'd been on insulin for 20 years. A doctor told her she'd be on it for life. She'd lost 3 family members to complications from type 2 diabetes. She knew she was heading down the same road. 😓🙏 She'd tried Weight Watchers. A brutal 15 gram carb per day diet. Lap band surgery that failed and had to be removed. Nothing worked. Nothing lasted. Nothing gave her hope. Then she found the Homemade Cooking Club. And something finally clicked. She learned to fill half her plate with vegetables (from a woman who used to hide them under her plate as a kid). She swapped a dozen donuts for homemade yogurt with blueberries and granola. She started cooking easy, delicious meals using real ingredients. And her body responded: 💪 Lost over 100 lbs (255 down to 158) 👗 Plus size 20 down to a size 12 🩸 Reversed her diabetes completely 🥳 Off insulin for the first time in 20 years ✅ All lab results now normal 🍫 Sweet cravings replaced with healthy treats she actually prefers Her doctor did a happy dance the day she took her off insulin. 🥹 "I don't want the other stuff. It's just such a different life. I love it." Still cooking. Still shrinking. Still buying smaller pants. ❤️ 👉 Take our FREE 3-minute quiz to discover which everyday foods can help you take back control of your health: https://start.homemademethod.com/quiz
