Today I was on the phone with a builder who reached out after seeing my Facebook posts. He asked how can he get his name out there more. I was in the post office checking out, and was telling him to post consistently on his Facebook...and the cashier said, “Yeah, I see you all over my Facebook and I love that you help and highlight other local businesses” and my builder on the phone was like woahhh... lol. Then I get home, I’m telling my husband and he is like, "Well, I went to the vet today and the ladies at the front desk said, 'Isn’t your wife the Realtor who posts all the videos on Facebook? I watch her all the time.' " Ohhh and this week I will be staging my first listing and it’s a million dollar listing...straight from Platform ads! Their cleaner watches all of my videos and told them to call me. They tried to negotiate my commission, and I told them I don’t offer discounted services and they agreed I was worth every penny!
