Hearty Meat & Potato Casserole Preheat oven to 375°F. Ingredients 1 lb Ground Beef 4 Large Potatoes, sliced 1 Onion, finely diced 2 Cloves Garlic, minced 1 Can (14.5 oz) Tomato Sauce 2 C. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Salt & Pepper, to taste Instructions Brown: Sauté ground beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet until the meat is browned; drain the grease. Sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Layer: In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potato slices, followed by half of the meat mixture. Repeat the layers. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Melt: Remove foil, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly. Garnish: Top with fresh parsley before serving.
