2 weeks into my parasite cleanse There's been a few people ask me about it in private message so I am just going to write a post about it. First 5 days was probably the hardest as I was addicted to coffee in the morning. The first 4-5 days consistent of caffeine withdrawal headaches and feeling like sh*t. From about the 5th day to 14th day, I noticed my headspace was clearer. No longer needing coffee to get going. Usually I am tired even after 1 coffee so I need to have 2 in the morning. Now? Once I get out of bed, I could literally go to the gym or exercise. Don't need coffee to get going. On about the 7th day, I saw a parasite in the toilet. I am about 50-60% certain it was. I took a photo of it just incase anyone wants to see it. Kinda thought I would see hundreds as we all have them in our bodies. If you have dogs, you have a high chance of having them and if you eat sushi or raw meats/fish, you probably have them. They say most people in the world have parasites in them and just the thought of it makes me grossed out so that's why I wanted to start a cleanse. I've also got a little bit of eczema on my lower back on the left that decided to start popping up out of nowhere. The research shows it's gut health so I knew either way, I needed a cleasnse of some sorts. Last 2 nights, I've had die off symptoms. I thought I was just getting sick. Had a little bit of a sore throat the last 2 days and my back, legs and feet were aching. Literally fine now so it's 100% not a virus or anything. I assume it's die off symptoms either from parasites dying off or stuff like yeast/candida and bacteria growth that rely on carbs/sugar. Since cutting out dairy, carbs (White rice, white pasta, potato, etc) coffee, sugars, artificial foods, junk foods, etc.. Going to the toilet has been really clean. Imagine your dishwasher is dirty and you put a tablet in it to clean it. That's how I feel... clean. It shows me how important it is to eat clean, healthy good foods than eating junk food and takeaway foods cooked in vegetable oils. The cleaner you eat, the healthier you will be. Pretty obvious but a lot of us take our health for granted. Since eating clean and going off caffeine, my anxiety has almost gone. It's made a huge difference in just 2 weeks. It could be anything though. Could it be because of the parasites dying? Could it be because my gut health is better? Could it be because I have cut out sh*t food? Is it because I am not drinking coffee? I have no evidence of anything but all I will say is my anxiety symptoms have almost gone. The toughest thing doing this cleanse was going off coffee. I stopped craving it on day 5 but I'd still love one. It's a mental battle as I know if I had a coffee, I'd think clearer and have more energy. My brain knows the feeling and emotion when I have coffee so I guess it wants to feel that again even though it hasn't been good for me anxiety wise. Lastely, every single day, I eat the same thing. 3-4 scrambled eggs half an onion 1-2 garlic cloves Turmeric powder I'll have that with Half an avocado. Handful of pumpkin seeds 3 brazil nuts 1 kiwi fruit (shouldn't be eating sugar but supposedly it's okay) Breakfast can be boring as I am eating the same thing but this is where it's about discipline and not eating things because they taste good. In regards to the toilet thing again, even though I haven't seen "parasites" apart from that one time I think I saw one, there has been white stuff in the toilet. The research I have done, it's most likely candida/yeast overgrowth. Again, we all have that in our bodies but sometimes it overgrows and makes us sick. The cleanse I am doing, 10 days taking this herbal supp, 7 days off and then another 10 days. Here’s what the herbal supplement I’m taking contains: - Milk Thistle Extract (300mg at 80% Silymarin): I needed an 80% silymarin concentration to properly support my liver and help my body get rid of parasites. If you ignore the liver side of things, nothing else is really going to work properly. And if you’re only getting a 40–50% silymarin dose from something off the shelf at CVS, you’re not going to notice much of a difference. - Wormwood Extract (50mg): Targets parasites in the gut and flushes them out. - Clove Extract (50mg) Antimicrobial support while helping maintain balanced blood sugar levels - Inositol: 200mg - Pueraria Extract: 68mg - Vitamin C (10mg): Supports immune function and helps shield liver cells from free radical damage -L-Methionine (10mg): Supports your body's natural waste removal and processing -Turmeric Extract (4mg at 95% Curcuminoids) helps calm irritation throughout the body I am back on the last 10 days with 9 days to go. I will update everyone when I have finished the cleanse. Quick recap. 1. I've seen 1 parasite (I think) I have a photo 2. I am sleeping better at night 3. I feel lighter and think better 4. I no longer crave coffee although I wouldn't mind one 5. My anxiety symptoms have almost gone away 6. I've lost 2-3kg 7. Bad headaches the first 5 days 8. Die off symptoms the last 2 days (Headache, sore throat, back aching, even my foot was aching which is weird) 9. Waking up feeling mentally fresh (no longer wired) 10. Feeling a lot better than before and it's only been 2 weeks. EDIT: A lot of you have been asking where I get the parasite cleanse supplement I use.
