You'll provide hands-on desktop support across our clinics, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users. Day to day, you will: • Diagnose and resolve workstation problems on-site and remotely • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and networking equipment • Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, hard drives, NICs, etc.) • Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails • Manage inventory and document all equipment changes • Coordinate with vendors and collaborate with the IT team 🏥 About Southwest Care Center We are a community-focused healthcare organization based in Santa Fe, NM, dedicated to providing quality care.
