Senior Director, IT – SAP / GxP & Enterprise Platforms 💰 Compensation $185K–$215K + 20% Bonus 📍 Location New Jersey (Hybrid – 3-4 days on-site per week) 💼 Full-Time 🏥 About the Role Career Developers Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of IT to lead enterprise technology across SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms for a U.S. pharmaceutical operation. You'll serve as a strategic partner to the CIO and CFO, driving SAP S/4HANA transformation, building high-performing global teams, and ensuring audit-ready, compliant systems. ✅ Requirements • SAP S/4HANA transformation leadership experience – Required • 3PL integration experience – Preferred • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred) • 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership • Proven success delivering enterprise ERP and digital transformation programs • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP platforms, enterprise architecture, and integrated business systems • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial platforms • Background in audit readiness, validation, compliance, and regulated system governance (GxP, FDA, SOX, CSV) • Experience leading global or multi-region IT teams • Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise integration, and modern data environments • Strong executive communication skills – comfortable presenting to CIO, CFO, and senior leadership 🔑 What You'll Do • Lead SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation with strong governance and predictable delivery • Oversee SAP ecosystem supporting finance, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial ops • Ensure all systems meet GxP, FDA, SOX, and Computer System Validation standards • Drive modernization of enterprise platforms including data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities • Consolidate and align global IT teams into a unified operating model • Manage strategic vendor relationships with SAP partners and system integrators • Drive integration with 3PL providers, contract manufacturers, and global service providers • Establish governance frameworks for portfolio management, risk mitigation, cybersecurity, and compliance 🏢 About Career Developers Inc.
